Pivotal London is one month old.
One month in and after lots of business development, meetings and breakfasts we can honestly say the reaction from the market to our launch has been fantastic. What has stood out most is the openness of people to talk, discuss the market and offer considered advice, but what has grabbed Pivotal most of all, is the genuine goodwill shown towards a start-up company.
Having come from one of the larger recruiters in the market we have seen the development of the digital industry first hand and all the agencies that have sprung up as a result. However we know that there is room for new players in the market, programmatic and ad tech is still only just starting out on its journey.
We aim to bring a new approach. At the core of this is offering truly flexible, proactive and personal solutions. Some of the ‘larger players’ are bound by bureaucratic processes, historical data and restrictive agreements. Smaller, more nimble and flexible outfits such as Pivotal London, can adapt quicker in the market and help clients find their target talent.
