One of the world’s most innovative Media Agency’s is looking for a Planning Director to join their agency. This role will be working with a market leading Tech client from Mobiles, TV's to wearable tech. Gaining experience on Multi channel product launches as well as exciting brand campaigns.
We are looking to hire an experienced Planning AD with a strong client handling skills and who wants the opportunity to lead a dynamic and innovative set of brands building multi dimensional media campaigns.
Role
- Leading key client relationship to ensure all business objectives are hit as a team
- Deliver high quality day to day output, leading your team to achieve this.
- Delivering new proposals to the client and challenging the client.
- Manage a team of 2 Account Managers and 2 Executives
- Building relationships across the wider agency and wider agency group.
- lead, motivate and develop your team to foster strong, positive working relationships that are respected by all.
- Setting clear progression plans for your team and encouraging the team on how to approach their work and their own career development.
Person
- Strong knowledge of the media landscape and especially digital channels
- A team player who is happy collaborating with stakeholders internally and externally
- Experience in managing a small team
- Performance background is a benefit but not essential
- Experience of working with large media spend budgets
