Programmatic Activation Director– Media Agency

Based in stunning Central London offices, this globally renowned Media Agency is one of the most awarded in the world and they are now looking to expand their successful Programmatic team.
On top of a fantastic benefits package, fun and social culture and enviable client base, this is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to work on one of the agencies biggest accounts and gain exposure working on huge Programmatic campaigns.
- Overseeing a team on the delivery of small through to large campaigns across multiple products and formats (Native, Rich Media, Display, mobile etc.)
- Thorough understanding of programmatic planning (Brand & DR), building rationales to demonstrate the role of programmatic in meeting client goals
- Management and mentoring of junior staff members
- Ability to effectively report upwards to Programmatic Director, Business Director and Head of Product as appropriate
- Post-Campaign Analysis: Utilise the data from Demand Side Platforms and Adservers to build insights and recommendations.
- Accompany Head of Performance on meetings and briefing sessions with key Agency Clients where appropriate
- A minimum of 4+ years experience in a Programmatic Activation role
- Excellent account management and client servicing skills
- Understanding of and experience in DBM, Appnexus and a range of ad serving technology preferred
- Able to work in a fast paced, pressured working environment with an ambitions and innovative team
- Have a tenacious attitude towards self-development and learning new skills
- Be a clear and assertive communicator with great interpersonal skills
