Pivotal are pleased to be partnered with a leading Media Agency offering a specialised marketing services platform - encapsulating Media inventory, Technology and Data to create audience profiles for a leading list of clients.
The role of Ad Operations and Trading Director is an incredibly important hire for the agency, acting as a Hub Lead to ensure best practices are kept across the wider team. The remit for the role includes team mentoring and management, media plan implementation, technical troubleshooting, site integration and Ad Operations.
With over 50,000 colleagues across the key hubs global, you will be based in London and have the opportunity to work with clients that include some of the world's most creative and innovative brands.
This role is multi-channel and you would be working across display, mobile, audio, OOH and video. You will also be responsible for leading a team in all stages of a campaign lifecycle, from pre-campaign planning, implementation and testing, to optimisation and post-campaign analysis.
Responsibilities include:
- Team management and leadership of a team of Campaign Executives, Campaign Managers and Senior Campaign Managers
- Working with DSPS, DV360 and The Trade Desk, third-party ad servers and rich media vendors
- Ensure the team are meeting all requirements with and correctly set up within the DSP
- Implement test and lear frameworks
The role will be split evenly between team management and strategic testing and as such is a great opportunity for somebody looking to move a step up from a team leader or management role to Director and leadership of a team.
