The Role:
Key responsibilities of the Manager:

Manage the day to day running of a team of 3 analysts
-
Working with closely with tier 1 brands and clients to develop a strong relationship and consultative strategic advice
-
Work with third party technologies and media providers and develop new technology partnerships to drive performance
-
Develop best practices, processes and services to support clients and the business
-
Excellent understanding of, and experience in, technology-enabled advertising
-
Provide guidance a support across the team and wider business
Your Profile:
-
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an Ad Ops Manager, Programmatic Manager, Data focussed role
-
A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a management position
-
Excellent account management, analytical and data-driven skills and keen commercial acumen
-
Excellent understanding of, and experience in, technology-enabled advertising
-
Able to work in a fast paced, pressured working environment with an ambitions and innovative team

Have a tenacious attitude towards self-development and learning new skills
-
Be a clear and assertive communicator with great interpersonal skills
