 Ad Operations Manager – Data-driven Marketing Agency

Up to £38K + Extensive benefits

The Role:

Key responsibilities of the Manager:

  • Manage the day to day running of a team of 3 analysts

  • Working with closely with tier 1 brands and clients to develop a strong relationship and consultative strategic advice

  • Work with third party technologies and media providers and develop new technology partnerships to drive performance

  • Develop best practices, processes and services to support clients and the business

  • Excellent understanding of, and experience in, technology-enabled advertising

  • Provide guidance a support across the team and wider business

 

Your Profile:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an Ad Ops Manager, Programmatic Manager, Data focussed role

  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a management position

  • Excellent account management, analytical and data-driven skills and keen commercial acumen

  • Excellent understanding of, and experience in, technology-enabled advertising

  • Able to work in a fast paced, pressured working environment with an ambitions and innovative team

  • Have a tenacious attitude towards self-development and learning new skills

  • Be a clear and assertive communicator with great interpersonal skills
