Ad Ops Manager – Global Ad Tech Company – Up to 35K - London

Company Background:

This Creative Technology Platform produce digital adverts and creative strategies for all digital platforms. They have specifically developed expertise in the design and production of dynamic creative within programmatic advertising. Having recruited highly reputable talent within the industry, this company is in a position to solidify their reputation as the market-leader and to continue to flourish.

The Role:

The Digital Operations team is core to driving the success of their dynamic display creative offering (which is one of their fastest growing and most exciting product offerings).

The Ad Ops Manager will:

  • Guide a small team of Operations Executives to manage the ‘collective team output’, delivering leadership, upskilling & mentorship as appropriate

  • Seamlessly integrate the Digital Operations team alongside other departments to ensure the successful delivery of day-to-day client work.

Skills & Experience:

Our client is looking for a highly self-motivated individual, with a proven track record in Data Science and a relevant academic qualification. The successful candidate will also possess: 

  • Digital Ad Ops experience

  • Use of Doubleclick stack and other ad-server technologies

  • Basic understanding of HTML5 and other web development tools
