The Role:

As Operations Manager, this is a Pivotal role sat within the skilled Ad Operations team.

  • Being a digital media technology expert within the agency

  • Managing 2 Execs and their workload

  • Consult clients around integrations such as tech stacks across ad servers, DSPs and MMPs

  • Consulting with clients on technical projects

  • Staying ahead of the curve with digital media technology, through assessment and conducting market reviews

  • Efficiently working with the wider team to bring new products to market  


Skills & Attributes:

Our client is looking for a highly skilled individual that possesses:

  • 3 years’ experience in the digital media industry with 3rd party Ad Serving experience

  • Some experience in a team leader/ mentor role

  • Experience in Technology Management and Ad Operations from a Media Agency

  • Technically savvy with knowledge and experience of technology integrations

  • Advanced understanding of debugging and programming with some exposure to HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
