The opportunity:

A leading international online gaming operator, well-positioned strategically for future growth in an evolving global sector.

The role:

They are looking for someone who will lead everything Affiliate within the Performance Marketing team.

In this role your focus will be on performance-based and revenue share campaigns, ensuring all campaigns are of the highest standard and continuously looking for ways to improve on the performance in order to increase ROI. Knowledge of the gaming industry is beneficial but more important will be evidence of your expertise in implementing effective acquisition and growth strategies across available channels and proven track record of delivery.

  • Continuously review the Affiliate programme and devise a strategy to develop this channel in collaboration with the Head of Performance Marketing and across other acquisition channels
  • Independently lead a team that executes and analyses campaigns to agreed ROI targets and make ROI target recommendations.
  • Identify and develop key strategic relationships and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements with partners.
  • Champion the highest level of quality in campaigns and ensure the highest standards across all advertising.
  • Work with the team to capitalise on opportunities for growth using traditional and innovative campaign ideas.
  • Analyse results to produce insights and recommendations to improve this channel.
  • Mentor Senior Campaign Manager and Senior Executives

Your profile:

  • Excellent understanding of the principles of customer acquisition.
  • Strong experience of independently setting up and running performance marketing campaigns.
  • Essential working knowledge of online tracking affiliate networks such as Income Access.
  • Familiar with A/B testing tools and methodology.
  • Proven acquisition marketing experience with ROI evidence.
  • Proven ability to plan and deliver against business strategy.
  • Proven ability to improve processes through sound judgment and analysis.
