Affiliate Specialist

Feast your eyes on this amazing opportunity to join one of the world's largest online wine app & market place. Reporting to the Affiliate Manager & Head of Performance, you will play a big part in supporting management to build out affiliates globally.
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Working very closely with the Affiliate Marketing Manager on a day to day basis.
- Be responsible for campaign setup, execution, reporting and optimization to drive performance indicators in alignment with marketing objectives
- Identify, recruit, and cultivate new affiliate relationships that will expand our reach to new audiences, driving incremental business
- Negotiate paid placement opportunities with top partners and new affiliates
- Recommend and execute “test and learn” campaigns to expand on internal knowledge and best practices
- Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to add incremental business
- Oversee the development and distribution of marketing tools and sales creative to affiliates
- Establish channels of communication to ensure all affiliates and joint venture partners have access to marketing tools
- Anticipate trends and keep your finger on the pulse on digital marketing innovation
- Apply research, identify new market trends, develop POVs, and keep the team informed of new opportunities. Embrace a variety of media/ business topics
- Deliver against sales and ROAS targets and analyzing detailed KPIs/reporting to support Affiliate Marketing objectives/goals
Your Profile
- Upto 3+ years working in affiliate marketing
- Understanding of the affiliate marketing industry
- Experience with tools such as Impact Radius, Pepperjam, Affiliate Window or Commission Junction
- Experience in mobile app affiliates, tracking and fraud identification specific to the mobile app industry
