The Opportunity

This respected and innovative Media business are continuing to invest in their digital data and audience products. This is a pivotal role within the business, working with commercial, ad ops, marketing and product teams.

This role will natural grow as there are plans to continue expanding the team, with potential international opportunities as well.

The Role

As the Lead Audience & DMP Manager you will have a key role in the business, interacting with internal and external teams. The main responsibilities of the Lead Audience & DMP Manager include:

  • Managing a team of 3 Analysts

  • Maintain and develop relationships with the DMP, Data Partners and Media Agencies

  • Create and implement strategies to improve the product, with the aim of driving revenue by increasing interest from agencies and advertisers

  • Acting as an evangelist for the platform, working with the sales team to ensure they are fully aware of its capabilities

  • Ensuring the audience targeting and performance of the ad campaigns are delivered to the best standard possible, training your team to always strive to work intelligently and efficiently


Your Profile

As Lead Audience & DMP Manager, you will have:

  • A proven record with a minimum of 4 years’ experience within analytics ideally in the digital media/advertising environment

  • A desire to work with agencies and advertisers, pitching why they should use your tech platform

  • Ability to manage a small team
