We are looking for an experienced Paid Social & Search professional to lead a specialist biddable business unit for the UK’s largest performance marketing agency.

The Role:
As the most senior member of the biddable team the role requires:

Accountable for the multi-million-pound P&L
-
Strategic leadership and client management
-
Develop integrated Advertising Strategies (Paid Social, Search & Video)
-
Knowledge across Adwords, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and Linked In
-
Lead relationships with key media & tech partners such as Facebook, Twitter, and Google,
-
Team management - Coach, mentor and develop core staff
Your Profile:

Strategic planning and management skills

Senior level relationship management (internal and external)

An accomplished presenter and influencer

A track record of building high performance teams

Coaching & mentoring
-
Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills

Detail focused and meticulous by nature
