Biddable Director (Paid Search & Social)

London (hybrid working)

Working with a global agency, we are looking for an experienced professional to drive biddable strategy across Search and Social, whilst managing a team of accomplished biddable professionals (roughly 5 managers and 4 execs).

I’m looking to hear from expert in the performance marketing field, with a thorough understanding of what planning, buying and optimising performance media as separate channels looks like in best practice.

You will be working with one of the largest entertainment brands at global level, clients spanning across sports, gaming, films, etc.

 Background:

  • Demonstrated experience in a previous channel.  Cross channel ideally, then an AD of Paid Social, but a candidate with purely Paid Search experience can also be considered
  • This role is mainly strategic, but hands-on experience of planning, buying and optimising either or both Paid Search & Social is essential
  • Those with backgrounds in either mathematics, data, or media would be of interest
  • Previous line management experience and previous experience of working collaboratively with other channel leads.  You will be a trusted ‘go to’ internal specialist as well as daily client facing
  • Previous experience of forecasting and delivering across media, focusing on client KPIs.
