The Role

• You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign management
• Pre-campaign discussions, setup, delivery, tagging, troubleshooting
• Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns
• Manage multiple campaigns whilst meeting deadlines
• Provide a full support service to clients, build up strong trusted relationships
• Support a growing French team in all things campaign-related

Your Profile

• You must be fluent in French
• Have a minimum of 2 years ad trafficking or ad operations experience
• An excellent understanding of the Digital Media ecosystem
• Experience with Ad Serving Platforms or third-party ad serving tools is preferred
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, along with proven customer service experience
• Possess a strong work ethic, desire to learn and attention to detail
