More recently, with Covid-19 driving the shift to Online Ecommerce and, with customer acquisition being even more competitive, Digital Marketing skills are the most in-demand skills.  Given our specialism and focus on this sector, Pivotal is uniquely positioned to support companies navigate this change.

The Role

Pivotal is growing our contract recruitment team and we will work with this individual to learn to master all elements of a top billing recruiter from working directly with clients to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

  • Create a business development strategy that wins new clients and grows your own client portfolio

  • Prepare a Key Account Plan for strategically important clients that results in repeat business and contractor growth

  • Develop & build relationships with the best talent in the market that allows you to respond quickly and effectively to client needs

  • Engage and effectively influence both candidates and clients

  • Optimise performance KPI’s to meet set targets and deliver on requirements

  • Design a personal branding strategy that builds trust & differentiates you from your competition

What are we looking for?

  • 12+ months successful 360 Contract recruitment experience

  • History of hitting and exceeding sales & revenue targets

  • Someone who operates's at “cause” not “effect” (glass half full!)

  • Track record of successfully winning new client relationships

  • A consultative influencer and negotiator with an articulate approach

  • Team player

  • Passionate about all things digital, technology & marketing related

  • An individual who can demonstrate a collaborative approach when doing business

  • You take pride and value your personal brand within the industry

  • You take accountability for your own sales performance and are self-motivated to achieve targets

  • A “people’s person” – this is marketing after all (not finance!)

Office and Working Environment

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the team is working 100% remotely and so this role will initially be working from home.  We expect to return to a flexible working culture that will be a mix of safely working in an office, inline with government guidance and, working from home, in early 2021.
