I am working in exclusive partnership with one of the fastest growing grocery delivery brands in the world. A joint venture, with two of the biggest names in the sector giving them access to vast customer data, world leading tech, logistics & unrivalled product development.

35% YOY growth, this business passed £2B in revenue in the last 12 months. Now doubling down on budget to scale their digital & tech teams even further. They have huge amounts of resource & data available to them across media, marketing & tech. This is a forward-thinking brand that is growing quickly & looking to stay on the same trajectory in 2022. The Role:

Working closely with the Digital & CRM and Brand Marketing teams, as well as colleagues across Ocado Retail, the core focus is to execute our CRM campaigns from end-to-end. The role should be well placed to balance meeting our core business KPIs whilst striving to deliver the best in class customer experience.

  • Support the Senior CRM Execs owning the end to end campaign process across from planning, creative and customer target data briefs to deployment and post campaign reporting for emails, SMS and Push notifications.
  • Working with the Senior CRM Execs use insights, data and test and learn to find opportunities for optimisation
  • Monitor performance of activity and report back to team proposing improvements and enhancements to creative and messaging where appropriate
  • Understand the importance of segmentation to enhance and create new audiences based on the data available, delivering the right message at the right time to our customers.
  • Ensure effective collaboration with Creative, Merchandising, Buying & Insight teams
  • Regularly present project statuses and prioritisation of current workload to line manager
  • Support the other CRM Execs to maintain the critical path, CRM comms plan. Campaign performance tracker and other team schedules
  • Assist with collating data for monthly reporting 


Skills Required:

 

  • Experience in CRM in an ecommerce, retail or other growth businesses (minimum 1-2 years) 
  • Passionate about customer experience
  • Disruptor - always looking for how things can be improved and never settling for good enough
  • Strong relationship management skills with multiple teams (internally and externally), with fantastic communication and organisational skills
  • Strong experience with day-to-day campaigns across email, SMS and push notifications with a focus on quality, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to report back to stakeholders on performance. Numerate and analytical thinking with the ability to apply these skills in a marketing context
  • Comfortable with marketing technology, CRM systems and products
  • Agile and able to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
