CRO & Website Manager – Insurance (Marketing)

£30,000 - £50,000 + Extensive list of benefits – Essex/East London

 

The Company

This is a superb opportunity to join an Award-Winning Insurance Provider, who are undergoing a great period of growth and looking for new CRO & Website Manager. They understand that great website performance is the key to their success in the market. Therefore, they have a generous budget for training and development within the role for the perfect candidate.

The Role

The CRO & Website Manager will play a vital role in helping our Award-Winning client to optimise and improve their site performance through A/B testing. You will see your work have a direct impact on the overall business performance.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Lead all A/B testing on website improvements

  • Working closely with the Front-End Developers & Designers

  • Have a continuous pipeline of tests for boosting conversion rate

  • Make suggestions on which new platforms/software’s would benefit the business

  • To be the main point of contact for external agencies

 

Skills & Attributes

  • Experience in Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager

  • A/B Testing Experience (1yr Min)

  • Experience working within a B2C business

  • A passion for analytics
