Customer Engagement Manager (Paid Social) - Leading Ad Tech Platform

Salary: up to £35,000 + 10% Bonus + Benefits

  • Their platforms are aimed to reach higher value customers and accelerate the social advertising offering for their most well-established clients, including Volkswagen, American Express and Bing

  • Headquartered in San Francisco, this role sits within their highly collaborative London offices – their highest performing team across the world!

  • Currently launching an advanced consolidatory platform for ad optimisation.

  • Boasts a proud and effective training and development structure, beginning at intern level.

 

The Role:

  • Working here will give you the opportunity to expand on your social knowledge within a unique consultative role!

  • Your role will be to advise on and build the full social strategy for some of Marin’s key clients; prioritising the use of their platform as the main driver for their success.

  • Within this social team, the Customer Engagement Manager will be dealing with Marin’s day-to-day users and building bespoke social campaign services across Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat whilst reporting to the social Team Lead and mentoring an intern on these accounts.

  • This role is highly autonomous and gives first-hand experience in dealing with some of Marin’s most reputable clients.

 

The Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' Paid Social Experience

  • DR-focused campaign expertise

  • Experience of managing campaigns throughout the process

  • High-level of strategic thinking and client-facing skills.

  • Ability and willingness to work as part of a collaborative team

  • A can-do and analytical attitude

  • Passion for all things digital marketing!
