Customer Success Account Manager (French Speaking) - Advertising Technology Platform

The Role:

The Account Manager will be responsible for supporting existing clients in France with their daily needs and helping them to maximise the self-serve platform. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure successful planning, creation, trafficking and analysis of cross-screen HTML5 campaigns. Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring clients are trained to deliver mobile and cross-screen HTML5 campaigns

  • Keep clients up-to-date with new product developments.

  • Manage day-to-day interaction with clients

  • Regular communication across your clients’ teams

  • Assist clients with campaign questions and guidance on campaign launch process

  • Produce ad hoc reports and analysis

 

Skills & Experience

  • Fluent in French

  • Excellent Client Servicing skills within the digital media space

  • Excellent customer facing and analysis skills

  • Experience working closely with or within agencies

  • Minimum 4+ years Client Services experience in an advertising technology company, media agency or publisher

  • Highly organised and analytical personality

  • BA/BS preferred with strong academic achievement

  • Basic understanding of HTML5

  • Experience of mobile ad trafficking

  • Familiar with ad serving platforms such as DFA, MediaMind and Atlas
