Customer Success Manager: US & UK - $55k - $70k

The Company:
I am very excited to be partnering exclusively with my client to help them build a dedicated and professional Customer Success / Professional Services team.
As a result of 12 years of continued success and a rounding fund that closed in November, they are aggressively hiring 20 roles across multiple teams.
They help businesses achieve their marketing objectives and maximize ROI by improving lead quality, streamlining operational processes, and increasing the speed of lead flow.
Role:
- Client facing and managing the day to day execution of campaign operations and client operations
- Working with various internal teams - product, sales, leadership team
- Much more of a structural role – monitoring timelines, budgets, SLA’s
- Conducting quarterly reviews
- Working closely / potentially managing the campaign managers
- Day to day execution of campaign operations of all client operations
- Helping the campaign managers to build those skills, improve identifying signals.
- Ensuring that performance of campaigns they’re overseeing are aligned with customer goals – know the information and ensure delivery and align with goals
- Work client side and internally
- Much more visible communicating with product team, sales teams, presenting to them or asking sales questions
Background Needed:
- 5 years experience
- Worked on big accounts before
- Has attention to detail with commercial acumen
- Decision maker and organised
- Someone who can instruct the team to delivery, forecast and manage clients from a commercial and operational / contractual perspective
- Confident working with customers, reporting honest feedback with solutions if challenges arise
