This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning data and analytics agency. With a growing Data and Analytics operation of over 100 analysts in 20 different countries, in this division of the business you will work with a leading retailer helping to analyse and provide insight around customer behaviours.
This Data Analyst will be working with agencies largest partner, overseeing the analysis across customer insight and campaign evaluations, playing a vital role to deliver actionable insights on customer interactions and behaviour to Senior Stakeholders.
Main responsibilities include:
Evaluating marketing campaigns across multi-channel platforms
Analysing FMCG strategic business vision
Understanding how changes in customer behaviour can impact on business performance.
Providing insight as to how key focuses have delivered at significant times of year, eg Christmas
Capable with data visualisation and storytelling to help deliver insights and provide recommendations to the client
Skills & Attributes
Strong data analysis background with a detailed knowledge of analytical techniques such as SQL/SAS
Ability to manage stakeholders and provide actionable insight to drive projects across different channels
Strong analytical training and experience, ideally a university degree (2:1 or higher) in a numerate discipline
Retail sector knowledge would be a benefit but again not essential
