With a great Central London based office, this growing business are looking for a talented Data Analyst to join their successful team of innovative industry experts.
The Role:
This is a new and exciting role for the business, the role will be varied and will hold a lot of influence over company and campaign strategies. Being a go to figure amongst all departments developing and adjusting KPIs for the business.
Responsibilities include:
- Understand players, their engagement and behaviours
- Identify key customers, why they are valuable, and support the customer acquisition and retention strategy
- Collaborate with Account Management & Campaign Managers to analyse the performance of client campaigns and to provide insights to clients
- Monitor campaigns to ensure that client KPIs are successfully achieved
- Deliver analysis and insight which can help drive new/existing revenue streams
- Support decision making around customer communications, product development and advertising pitches
- Identify opportunities to improve internal and external KPIs
Your Profile:
- A proven track record of working in an analytics role within a gaming or digitally focused business
- An analytical problem solver with the drive and confidence to use initiative
- 1-2 years’ experience working with SQL
- Experience with Flurry Analytics is desirable
