This exciting challenger agency is looking to add to their super talented performance marketing team in central London. They are looking for a Digital Account Director to oversee the running of large scale, innovative performance campaigns.

The Role:

Oversee strategy & roadmap for a multi-million Paid Search, Paid Social & Display activity

Grow existing client relationships, as well as deliver business growth with new business projects
-
Manage, coach & drive career growth for a team of 5 specialists
-
Take 360 ownership of client, media owner & tech vendor relationships
-
Ensure quality outputs are delivered & oversee all campaign execution
Skills Required:
-
3+ years commercial agency or in-house experience
-
Core experience in PPC & Display
-
A proactive individual who is able to use their own initiative to spot opportunities
-
Project & team management skills – delegation, expectation management & delivery
-
An obsession with driving marketing performance & ROI
