I am working in exclusive partnership on an exciting new ‘Digital Account Manager opportunity with one of the fastest growing grocery delivery brands in the world – Ocado Retail.

Ocado Retail is a joint business venture between Marks & Spencer group & Ocado group. Its successful combination of award winning customer service, vast customer data, world leading tech & logistics from Ocado, and unrivalled product development from M&S makes them a major player in the sector.


The opportunity:

35% YOY growth, this business passed £2B in revenue in the last 12 months. Now doubling down on budget to scale their digital & tech teams even further. They have huge amounts of resource & data available to them across media, marketing & tech. This is a forward-thinking brand that is growing quickly & looking to stay on the same trajectory in 2022. A mission driven brand, with a close knit team who are extremely passionate about what they do.


The Role:

  • Account managing and expanding accounts of our largest suppliers leveraging multiple Ocado built media capabilities that offer brands the opportunity to engage with relevant customers at the right time.
  • Being an expert in all aspects of the media propositions, best-aligning media plans to the correct audiences/channels and help suppliers understand the key benefits of each
  • Develop market-leading media strategies for largest suppliers that take full advantage of omni-channel activations to drive performance against key supplier objectives
  • Deliver measurement reports back to suppliers to demonstrate impact of advertising campaigns, creating future media plans off back of insight data and encourage greater investment
  • Based in Hatfield, Hybrid, 2-3 days in office

Your profile:

  • Can demonstrate a proven track record of building successful end-to-end media plans, leveraging digital channels.
  • Is experienced in owning and growing sizeable yearly budgets, with clear revenue reporting and forecasting back to business
  • Can work and thrive in a fast-paced environment using their project management skills to oversee rollout of created media plans, while collaborating well with teams to ensure the best delivery.
  • Can come to the office on a regular basis (2-3 days a week on average, with some flex)
