Are you a highly experienced digital professional with a track record of leading large teams across programmatic, paid search and social within agencies? Pivotal are excited to be supporting our client to recruit a Digital Activation Director in which the role ranges from being heavily client facing, to leading a team of 70 in this role which is of crucial importance to the business.

 

The Opportunity:

The company are a multi-award winning global network agency and this role reports into the Chief Digital Officer.

This is an opportunity to join one of the largest global media agencies doing award-winning work daily, in a senior leadership position and reporting to C’level within the business. The Role:

You can expect to wear multiple hats in this highly strategic role, some of the key elements including:

  • Senior client/internal relationship management and digital development (Search/Social/Programmatic) on key accounts

  • Grow relationships with clients and lead senior level client meetings

  • Identify opportunities for potential upsell opportunities

  • Direct team management of the Activation team (70+ people)

  • Integration with the rest of the PHD Global client teams (channels beyond search/social/programmatic)

  • New business development, including upsells on current clients

  • Management of digital execution output across all channels, ensuring product and service quality

  • Some international travel may be required in Europe…when we are able to travel again safely

 

What We Are Looking For:

  • 8+ years’ experience within digital, ideally focused on programmatic, but you have also been exposed to paid search and paid social

  • Strong leadership experience and a track record of developing and leading great teams

  • Passionate about remaining client facing and being involved with key strategic clients and new business pitches

  • Strong organisational skills, being able to manage multiple projects at once

  • Strong spoken and written English; ideally fluent in another EU language

 

Salary: Up to £100,000 Basic Salary
