Digital Director - Fast-growing independent digital consultancy

£50,000-£55,000 + 10% Bonus

The Role

  • Be the lead contact for clients for day-to-day account management and client servicing.

  • Create and deliver presentations for senior-level client and industry stakeholders.

  • Identify new project opportunities within your existing clients.

  • Create thought-leadership content for partners such as WARC.

  • Be part of the pitching team for new business.

  • Identify new consultancy services opportunities and be part of their design and deployment.

  • Be part of the audit team when conducting a digital audit, analysing data to generate insights on where digital performance can be accelerated.

  • Be part of the training team to design and deliver digital marketing training workshops.

  • Project manage existing projects, oversee roadmaps and ensure deadlines are met.

  • Utilise your personal network to introduce potential clients (you will have an uncapped 10% new business commission)

  • Work with the executive team to input on future business roadmap and direction, being part of the decisions made to grow the business


Skills Required

  • Be a natural storyteller and be able to explain complex ideas and concepts in a clear and concise way.

  • Presentation and communication skills – able to create impressive decks for clients.

  • Good experience working closely with senior client contacts on a daily basis.

  • Be excited by the opportunity of being part of a growing business and being financially rewarded against the growth of the business.

  • Be interested in new industry developments and inspired to share your opinions in a public forum.

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Paid Social and PPC.

  • Experience working on Programmatic campaigns

  • Strong analytical background, able to analyse data and translate into insights.

  • Strongly process driven with the ability to identify opportunities to optimise processes.

  • Desirable but not essential: hands-on campaign experience across Paid Social, PPC, Programmatic and Email
