The Opportunity
You will be responsible for providing the deep understanding of customer & usage behaviour needed around attitude on websites. As the digital research analyst, you won’t be carrying out the optimisation or A/B testing but, delivering actionable insight and providing reports and recommendations on how the tests have worked, generating the fast-paced execution of business recommendations.
The Role
Responsibilities as the Digital Research Analyst include:
- Providing research and analysis around customer behaviour and attitude on websites.
- Delivering actionable insight on optimisation, A/B testing and usability of the sites.
- Transforming digital interactions into insight through ContentSquare.
- Providing reports and recommendations on how the tests have worked.
- Reports on what should be done moving forward following tests.
Your Profile
- Somebody with a keen interest for digital analytics.
- Some basic exposure to consumer research, ideally within digital.
- Creative problem-solving mindset.
- Relevant degrees include; Statistics, Econometrics and Marketing.
- Experience using HotJar or Decibel is desired.
