The Company:

  • A sustainable luxury homeware brand with a global presence

  • Received over $150mill investment since launching in 2016 and experienced over 300% growth YOY

  • The business is profitable and has the goal of becoming the number 1 preferred brand in the UK


The Role:

  • Responsible for £13mill marketing budget per annum – full autonomy in the role and ownership of the investment areas

  • Full growth loop role – acquisition, retention, brand, product, analytics

  • Overseeing channel teams who will help support across all performance activation

  • Building out promotional calendars, unique seasonal campaigns, user journeys, user experiences, growth opportunities across the site

  • Ability to work remote and visit the office occasionally in London


Required Skills:

  • Expert knowledge of the full growth loop from Acquisition, Retention, Brand, Product and Analytics

  • Experience working in a fast growth D2C, Ecommerce business will be prioritised, flexible on industry vertical

  • Ability to set broad holistic strategies and see them through to launch

  • Full funnel marketing experience is required, from above the line awareness to lower funnel acquisition marketing

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering ROAS for a company and detailed explanations of how you have achieved it

  • Confident in presenting to C-suite and managing upwards to CMO’s

  • Team management is important in this role as you’ll be managing a multi-faceted team across different regions
