The Role:

  • Developing global paid search strategies across 23 EMEA markets

  • Department management, vision, structure and recruitment

  • Drive technological efficiencies through the team

  • Push boundaries with new ideas and trends to drive genuine innovations for the agency and clients


Skills Required:

  • 5 years experience within Paid Search, at a strategic level

  • Operational experience of running a team

  • Excellent search technology and product knowledge

  • Commercial experience in terms maximising and developing new revenue streams

  • A demonstrable, impassioned and compelling opinion of the paid search industry

  • Knowledge and experience of the latest industry tools and technologies

  • Passion for and wide understanding of all aspects of digital media
