£40k - £50k basic + bonus + shares 


Are you ready to take your eCommerce skills into a fast-emerging brand and help shape their online presence? In this role, you will be given total autonomy to run the website, manage external agencies and drive conversion. 


The Opportunity:


Founded and backed by some of the greatest athletes in the UK, this company is educating and giving the tools back to the consumer on how best to focus on your recovery. With a record year in growth last year, growing 5x, raised healthy funding round in January, they are now looking for their first Marketing hire. 


The Role:


· Reporting directly to the Founders on the direction of their marketing initiatives 

· Main responsibility will be focusing on the website optimisation and conversion

· Data and analytics of the website – understanding the traffic and driving success through the agencies who look after the activation elements

· A/B and MVT testing 

· Managing a Paid Social, PPC, and Influencer Marketing agency 

· Looking at driving both B2B and B2C opportunities 

· Managing a healthy marketing budget with scale to grow x4 fold with success 

· Opportunity to build a team around you in the future

· Flexible working, minimum 2 days a week in the office  


Skills Required:


· A proven track record within eCommerce, including acquisition, trading, CRM, and optimisation is preferred

· Ideally experience of working in a D2C brand

· An appreciation for the value of data and insight, as well as a creative flair for design

· Would be excited about working in a fast-paced, innovative environment
