The Role – UK Sales Director

  • Pursuing, negotiating and closing deals with agencies and direct advertisers
  • Manage a robust pipeline and accurately forecast new business closure rate and revenue booked
  • Work closely with the General Manager to consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals
  • Manage a team to drive and reach revenue targets
  • Interact with the Account Management team to effectively manage client expectations and ensure successful campaign management
  • Independently build a large pipeline of leads, pursue them and close deals
  • Manage presentations, build relationships and negotiate contracts

 

Skills & Experience

 

As UK Sales Director, we are looking for a proven leader within commercial digital roles

  • A strong and successful track record with advertising
  • Proven communication, presentation, phone etiquette and general sales skills
  • Experience in leading and managing successful teams
  • Experience in structuring and negotiating deals within the digital media space – a great advantage
  • A true passion for online content, and a strong sales drive
