Global Programmatic Manager - Media Agency


Company Background

Our client is the programmatic agency for a Global Media Agency Group. With a platform agnostic approach, our client are at the forefront of the programmatic space, using all major DSP's and continue to test new emerging technologies to ensure they can execute effective programmatic buying strategies on behalf of their clients, some of the world's leading marketers. 

From London, their specialist team of programmatic consultants centrally manage multi-market campaigns across 27 countries in EMEA, from working with Marketers to build programmatic strategies, through to Traders implementing and executing campaigns. 


The Role

  • Support global markets in delivering on global programmatic strategies

  • Work with clients to update on local market programmatic activities

  • Manage annual planning process, ensuring timely delivery and tracking against plans along with support in overcoming local market challenges

  • Drive best practice adoption around audience planning, campaign management & optimisation

  • Ensure local teams are delivering on annual plans and global strategy 

  • Work and collaborate with internal teams, external clients and vendor partners 


Experience Required

  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in the programmatic space

  • Either a background in client services, ad operations or biddable media 

  • Well versed with DMP, DSP, SSP technologies

  • Comprehensive knowledge and defined expertise in programmatic buying, audience creation, campaign management and optimization techniques  

  • Experience working with global markets would be beneficial

  • Excellent verbal and written skills 

  • Exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities and detail oriented
