Are you a ‘big picture’ thinker, always looking for the next exciting path in Performance Marketing? Pivotal are delighted to be working with one of the biggest International Media Agencies who are looking for a Global Search Account Manager to work with one of their lucrative clients.

The Opportunity

Our client is looking for a highly motivated, technical & commercially minded person to work closely with the Search Business Director and Search Group Director to plan and execute effective search projects across the business.

You will be expected to execute and drive forward search strategies, whilst simultaneously supporting local markets and correctly delivering immaculate client serving with the opportunity to work across all traditional, retail and platform engines.

The Role

  • Being responsible for campaigns’ overall activation and performance (for Paid Search and YouTube) 
  • Overseeing regular account audits and optimizations to improve performance  
  • Proactively finding innovative ways to improve campaigns’ performance  
  • Taking the lead on regular client communications  
  • Supporting the leadership team in the wider strategy 
  • Managing 2-3 Account Executives 
  • Overseeing the use of proprietary bid and budget management tools to optimise performance 
  • Collaborating with the product development team in the design of new automation features 
  • Creating media plans and providing performance forecasts  
  • Creating documents to showcase performance and provide in-depth analysis of results 

About Yourself

Our client is looking for a proactive Search Account Manager, to guide and provide effective advice to the client but also our local internal teams. The Search Account Manager will possess a gravitas that instils confidence and can be considered as an expert.

  • Strong Paid Search experience 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Data enthusiast with very good reporting skills 
  • Extremely detailed orientated  
  • Experience in training/delegating work to the team 
  • Team management experience
