Pivotal are delighted to be working with one of the biggest International Media Agencies who are looking for a Global Search Account Manager to work with one of their lucrative clients.

The Opportunity

Our client is looking for a highly motivated, technical & commercially minded person to work closely with the Search Business Director and Search Group Director to plan and execute effective search projects across the business.

You will be expected to execute and drive forward search strategies, whilst simultaneously supporting local markets and correctly delivering immaculate client serving with the opportunity to work across all traditional, retail and platform engines.

The Role

  • Provide cross channel, cross Search environment ad-hoc recommendations
  • Review SEO projects and paid search accounts to provide suggestions and highlight opportunities for local markets to help improve performance and pacing vs targets and KPIs
  • Develop playbooks and best practices guides
  • Support new websites’ launch or migration with SEO recommendations (both technical & content)
  • Create Search keyword strategies
  • Provide content optimizations
  • Ensure the clients priorities, goals, processes and tools are understood and used
  • Develop monthly Search newsletters, distributed across all markets and global teams

About Yourself

Our client is looking for a proactive Search Account Manager, to guide and provide effective advice to the client but also our local internal teams. The Search Account Manager will possess a gravitas that instils confidence and can be considered as an expert.

  • Experience optimizing websites for SEO.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience activating PPC campaigns on Google.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients and internally.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in using tools as Google Analytics.
  • Having an experience in using BrightEdge and SA360 would be beneficial.
  • Some experience on eRetail Search would be an advantage.
