The Opportunity:

This is an opportunity to join a company delivering digital-like precision and accountability to advertising on the most powerful advertising and branding medium - television. 

The Role

  • Group Head / Patch Lead overseeing Addressable TV Campaign delivery across our biggest agency group
  • Direct Management of 4 x Campaign Managers (Development, workload etc)
  • Ensuring successful delivery of circa £75m Annual Revenue (inc hitting campaigns KPIs)
  • Be confident with campaign delivery tools either DSPs (Buy Side) or Direct Buys / Programmatic (Sell Side) platforms
  • Support multiple projects, inc new DSP Testing, Process Improvement
  • Strong leader and analytically minded, with great organisation
  • Support AD Ops Director in Team growth, product enhancement

Your Profile

  • 4 years + ops experience
  • Team management experience
