This is a business with a genuine positive purpose and addresses real life events and challenges. They are very established as a healthcare clinic and have been going for 10 years, although your entrepreneurial side would be challenged, with the focus of this role being on launching the male focused brand. You would be at the centre of driving this growth. It is important to flag that this is the opposite of a hands on activation paid media role. Yes whilst expertise of marketing channels is key, you’d own and lead the strategy for marketing and manage an agency who are doing the activation

 

The Opportunity:

Founded in 2010, our client provide hormone balancing therapy for females, offering expertise in perimenopause, menopause, PCOD, PMDD and Depression. They have pivoted in 2020 to a digital telemedicine company and they also have a pharmacy within their umbrella, therefore offer services and prescriptions.

Currently the business received 40,000 unique visitors a month and provide services to an additional 70-100 new clients a month.

They now boast a team of 30 employees and are at an exciting juncture where in 2021 their growth plans are focused on extending their services to men, to support males through the ageing process, in which men may experience symptoms due to declining levels of testosterone; a process known as andropause.

 

Role:

They are looking for a Growth Lead to play a pivotal role in launching the male focused business. Your remit would include:

  • Designing the go-to-market plan for men’s health. This includes creating a dedicated web presence and identity for the clinic aimed at a male audience, researching the market, building content/messaging; through to owning paid media strategy
  • As with all new market launches, this role will require a strategic approach and appreciation of a range of marketing channels; it will not just be focusing on paid media.
  • Build out communities and a strong content, SEO and community strategy  will be important
  • Currently, they use an agency for activation across SEO, Facebook, PPC, Content so you would be managing this agency relationship
  • Once the male brand is up and running you’d work across all the female brand also

 

 

In exchange, can you bring?:

  • 5+ years’ strategic experience in a similar role 
  • Broad digital marketing experience
  • Strong experience in a range of marketing channels including; SEO, Content, Communities, UX, PPC, Paid Social,
  • Experience of launching new brands or business units
  • An obsession with driving growth performance and ROI
  • Highly analytical and data driven
