Given the Covid-19 shift to online ecommerce, this brand has achieved explosive growth this year & smashed all targets! They are now looking to stay on the same trajectory in 2021 & scaling the team across multiple functions.
The opportunity:
Launching 6 years ago, they have already achieved substantial growth internationally. Securing over £10m in series B funding from top VC’s in the UK & US recently, they are one of the UK’s fastest growing start-ups. Founded by senior stakeholders with proven track records in the sector, this brand is on its way to becoming a house hold name! They are now looking for new Growth Marketing Executive to help take the business to the next level. You will be instrumental in making growth happen, owning cross channel media planning & buying.
The Role:
- Take ownership of multiple marketing channels (online & offline, but primarily digital – PPC, Paid Social, CRM, Affiliates & More)
- Manage external agency relationships & deliver best in class programmes
- Accountable to scale those channels across multiple markets with a test & learn approach
- Collaborate & work cross functionally with Brand, Content, Product & Data teams to prioritise customer experience & drive customer acquisition
- Own & manage sales forecasting & deep dive analysis for your cahnnels
Skills Required:
- 1-2 years experience in a data driven marketing roles
- Real hands on experience with 2 or more digital channels – Paid Social, PPC, SEO, Affiliates, CRM etc…
- In-house or agency experience in a fast paced, agile environment
- Creative & analytical mindset. The ability to problem solve & provide proactive solutions
- Ambition, commercial instinct & a relentless drive to improve
- Ideally a genuine interest in fashion/retail/ecom
