Role:
They are looking for a Head of Growth to play a pivotal role in all marketing initiatives:

Own all of the growth marketing initiatives from idea to execution and analysis

Focus on data-led organic campaigns

Leverage our deeply passionate community

Develop new performance & acquisition marketing channels - Experiment, experiment, experiment!

Define our brand with a global audience - including those new to crypto

Your understanding of our customers and target market will inform our product development. This means you'll work closely with our CEO and product team.
Your Profile:

Minimum 3 years in growth or marketing at a high performance tech company

Proven success across the entire marketing funnel - with a spike in performance marketing

Highly analytical and data driven

Able to experiment & scale rapidly

No crypto/fintech experience necessary, but the successful candidate will be excited by the opportunity to shape the next era of the web and of open finance

Fluent in written and spoken English
