Growth Marketing Manager (D2c) - PropTech Scale Up - Up to £50k + 15% bonus (Hybrid)

 

I am currently recruiting for a rapidly scaling Prop tech business (based London who are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager:

 

Our is client of a few genuine cash buying companies, that provide a quick sale solution for people who need to sell their home fast. The company itself is owned and managed by property professionals with over 30 years’ combined experience in buying homes. They have a reputation for dealing honestly and fairly with property owners, and for going out of our way to offer the very best price they can.

 

This is a digital first brand, where marketing is at the heart of its growth. They are investing heavily in to digital & looking to really ramp things up this year, they’ve made a very impressive growth hire and are planning to grow the team by brining various marketing channels in house.

 

This role would be directly reporting into the Head of Growth and this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a broad growth role that can be tailored to the right candidate focusing on performance, commercials, data and monetisiation.

 

Responsibilities:

Conduct growth trials throughout the marketing pipeline, such as:

  • Enhance messaging across every platform – including the website, advertisements, emails, and text messages – ensuring our offers are communicated with clarity and openness.
  • Examine extensive datasets to uncover patterns, opportunities for expanding acquisition, improving procedures, and cutting costs.
  • Execute growth plans through underutilised channels, such as affiliate partnerships and organic expansion.
  • Relentlessly prioritise projects to achieve the greatest business results.
  • Work closely with sales, underwriting, operations, and growth teams to ensure a smooth and transparent customer experience.

 

 

About you:

  • 2-3 years in growth marketing or strategy
  • D2C experience driving customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Experience with commercial operations and monetisation
  • Data-driven and performance-lead
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Start up/scale up or consulting experience would be ideal but not mandatory
