The Opportunity:
This fintech business has received over £350 million in funding to date, and is making waves in the market place. Having won numerous awards, you will work in a business that has seen exponential global growth and profitability in short time period. Identifying that digital marketing is a key driver of growth, you will join as a Paid Search & B2B expert and take ownership of the function, to support its growth in to new markets.
The Role:
Day to day responsibility for the brands customer acquisitions through digital & offline performance channels:

Set strategy, targets & budgets to maximise customer acquisition at target ROI, supporting company growth objectives

Grow & optimise digit acquisition through digital (Search & Social)

Build new lead generation channels, setting a robust test & learn agenda

Drive management reporting on customer acquisition performance across all marketing channels, through out sales funnel

Partner with product on innovation in martech & data ops solutions, including attribution, digital journey analytics
Your Profile:

A data drive professional, with a proven track record of delivery business growth though acquisition channels - preferably B2B
-
Happy to roll up your sleeves & work along side your team - experience in a start up/scale up environment

User centric approach to media, connecting media buying to customer behaviour

Excellent communicator - Get people on board, to get stuff done
