The Role:
You will be responsible for defining the agencies vision for the division:
-
Proactively drive performance & lead strategy across the entire Biddable team, as well as the company
-
Overall responsibility for the delivery of the Biddable campaigns by the team
-
Continuously maximise the contribution to profits from each account
-
Assist members of the team on a daily level & promote job satisfaction
-
Responsible & accountable for ensuring that all projects are complete to the clients satisfaction
Your Profile:
-
Comprehensive knowledge of all areas Biddable media – PPC, Paid Social & Display
-
A proven track record of successfully planned & implemented digital strategies
-
Dynamic personally, able to lead & inspire the team
-
Experience of pitching for & winning new business
-
Strong management skills with experience of developing a team
-
Understand & have a vision for digital media’s future within an agency
