The opportunity:

Founded less than 10 years ago, following an astonishing amount of investment, this business has gone global very quickly. Completely disrupting the market within their sector, as an extremely fast paced & forward-thinking company. The CRM team are experiencing huge growth and are looking for a Head of CRM to manage a team of CRM Managers and Execs.


The Role:

This Head of CRM will report into the Global CRM Lead and have the huge task of managing the global CRM best practice and content engagement strategy.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Formulating a CRM strategy and ensuring its success across all regions
  • Creating a framework, to test, learn and scale the consumer CRM communications
  • Working with internal stakeholders to promote the importance of CRM
  • Managing a wider team of 12, with 3 CRM Managers reporting into you


Skills Required:

  • A proven track record of delivering international CRM campaigns
  • A strong understanding of CRM technology and processes
  • Enjoys stakeholder engagement and team management
  • Would be excited about working in a fast paced, demanding environment
