You will be one of the most integral hires in the business as they look to continue expanding this division.

The Consultancy is very well respected throughout the industry, they are known for delivering great results for clients and having a supportive, collaborative and pioneering working culture.

The Role

You will be responsible for developing new projects across clients marketing effectiveness on a global scale. Partnering with new and existing tech vendors to ensure the highest quality of work is consistent.

Leading a team of 4 consultants who will be spearheading the statistical modelling for global leading brands, which is integral to the success of the Consultancy.

The Head of Data will also:

• Own the analytic roadmap of clients, providing strategic direction to maximise revenue
• Developing and selling new marketing strategy projects – writing proposals and leading on pitches
• Orchestrate the team to deliver customer-centric communications
• Work with the wider business to develop their understanding of marketing and analytics
• You will be responsible for key client relationships  

Experience required

You will need to have:

• Proven track record of using data to build solutions for clients around Marketing effectiveness
• Proven track record of delivering growth from an existing client base
• Ability to test the boundaries with statistical techniques
• Team Management experience
• Meticulous organisational traits
• Phenomenal presentation skills
