The opportunity:


They are a founder-led Performance Marketing Agency set up by former Google and Facebook experts, specialising in scaling E-commerce Advertisers on Paid Social, working with some of the most exciting and disruptive brands in this space.

The Role:

You will own a portfolio of ecommerce client accounts, responsible for managing senior level relationships and planning marketing strategies for execution amongst you and your team of Performance Marketing Managers & Executives. You’ll lead complex discussions around advanced performance marketing strategies and challenges, and forge strong relationships with our platform partners to ensure your team has knowledge of the latest developments and features. You’ll be consistently up to date on your team’s activities, and report to the senior leadership team any key updates and be able to anticipate any potential risks/opportunities – with a plan to overcome them.


Responsible for your team’s smooth operation and organization, you’ll hold weekly one-to-ones with your team members, you’ll have a keen eye for spotting opportunities to help their development and you’ll hold weekly pod meetings in which you will lead discussions across all your clients and supervise strategic forward-planning for each. You’ll also be in charge of managing your team’s resource, signing off and planning for leave, and keeping them on top of all their deliverables.


Your profile:


·       Highly qualified candidates have an excellent academic record

·       4-6 years’ in Facebook marketing for performance advertisers, with hands-on experience of planning, executing and optimising large scale Ecommerce performance marketing campaigns (>$50K per month)

·       Passion for data and trend analysis, with demonstrated ability to communicate and present findings to senior stakeholders in slide format

·       Experience with running other performance marketing channels is a strong plus, such as Google Ads, Snapchat, Amazon, Pinterest & Tiktok

·       Strong creative mindset, able to lead creative generation and brainstorming

·       Leadership and management experience, with excellent team and self-organization skills

·       High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel & pivot tables

·       Excellent oral and written communication skills

·       Strong knowledge of advertising operations and an insane level of attention to detail

·       Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to learn
