Salary - £50k+

London offices / Hybrid model available

The opportunity:

They are a founder-led Performance Marketing Agency set up by former Google and Facebook experts, specialising in scaling E-commerce Advertisers on Paid Social, working with some of the most exciting and disruptive brands in this space.

Since launching in 2017, they have become one of the fastest-growing independent agencies in the UK and have doubled in size every year. They are also one of only a handful of agencies across EMEA with ‘Premium’ Partner Status as part of Facebook’s Marketing Partner program. In addition, they are also one of the first Certified Partners for Snapchat and have recently gained ‘Expert’ status. This means exclusive access to both Facebook and Snapchat teams, events, and training.

The Role:

The Head of Marketing will lead all aspects of a world-class b2b marketing programme that creates, nurtures and opens new opportunities across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in driving leads via content and digital marketing. The role will suit an ideas person who is results-driven, enjoys complex problem solving and thrives on owning the entire process. The Head Of Marketing reports into the CCO who leads the Sales & Marketing organisation.

Your profile:

· 4+ years hands on b2b marketing experience within b2b services or a SaaS business

· Strong evidence of creativity, idea generation and problem solving skills

· Experience of framing tests to evaluate channels/campaigns/strategies

· Experience of using data to make decisions and evolve strategy

· Experience with implementing, evolving and managing b2b marketing analytics

· Content creation experience - Case Studies, Thought Leadership, White Papers etc

· Digital marketing campaign management

· Excellent oral communication skills

· Creative writing skills

· Strong level of attention to detail and planning ability

· Experience of managing cross departmental projects

· Can function as an individual contributor and as a team player

· Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to learn
