The Opportunity:
Founded less than 10 years ago, this fashion brand has 10+ stores in the most iconic locations in the UK. With the imminent launch of their new website and App this is the perfect time for them to be hiring a Head of eCommerce. Through pure word of mouth the site already has a million hits per year alongside a CRM with over 50K customers.
This Head of eCommerce will be tasked with catapulting the eCommerce revenue from £2m to £10m over the next 5 years!
The Role:
The Head of eCommerce will take complete responsibility for the site’s:

Optimisation
-
Acquisition
-
CRM
-
Trading
The role will report into the CEO and will manage an existing team of 3, with plans to hire 2 more in the future.
Skills Required:

A proven track record within eCommerce, including acquisition, trading, CRM and optimisation
-
Ideally experience of working in a D2C brand
-
An appreciation for the value of data and insight, as well as a creative flair for design

Enjoys team management
-
Would be excited about working in a fast paced, innovative environment
