The Opportunity:

Founded in 2018, this pre-series A start-up has already secured over £3m in seed funding. They are revolutionising the way that vital health care is accessed. They offer solutions to both the client and the health care professional to be able to meet and communicate. The vision is all-around growth, client growth, coverage, and scaling the business. This role is at the epicenter of all the growth initiatives of both offline and online acquisition marketing reporting directly into the Founders. 

 

Role:

They are looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to play a pivotal role in all marketing initiatives:

  • Grow all acquisition channels inclusive of both online and offline 

  • Own all of the growth marketing initiatives from idea to execution and analysis

  • Focus on data-led organic campaigns

  • Build and grow a deeply passionate community

  • Develop new performance & acquisition marketing channels 

  • Work with the product teams to w

 

Your Profile:

  • Ideally more than 5 years in growth marketing at a high-performance tech company

  • Proven success across the entire marketing funnel - with a spike in performance marketing 

  • Highly analytical and data-driven

  • Having valuable experience with both hands on activating and strategy setting, naturally, this is a full 360 role
