Are you an experienced Head of Growth Marketing, or someone who is looking to step up into a role where you can lead a Growth Marketing Team? Pivotal are delighted to be working exclusively with Misfits Health, as they continue to expand their team and hire this pivotal role.

The Opportunity:

Misfits Health launched in January 2020 and are home to the UK’s no.1 vegan protein bar! Their aim is to make health inclusive and accessible.

Misfits is all about fuelling health with plant powered nutrition - their products are #LittleSteps that lead to big wins.

Misfits are building a brand for the future – plant-based with plastic-free packaging.

 

Role: Head of Growth Marketing

  • Lead the Customer marketing strategy across Paid Performance channels, including Paid Social, Paid Search, Affiliates and Influencers.
  • Manage the 2 existing team members and build out a team across CRM, Paid Performance and Influencers
  • Create and implement a strategy that drives strong, scalable and trackable results against performance KPI’s with the goal of 4 x growth YOY
  • Build upon the existing foundations of international expansion into the US and other major markets
  • Formulating a CRM strategy and ensuring its success across all regions
  • Creating a framework, to test, learn and scale the consumer CRM communications
  • Encourage a culture of innovative, fast paced testing to drive performance, conversion, and retention gains. 
  • Responsible for forecasting, reporting on and constantly evaluating the performance of the DTC business. Analysing new customer numbers, CPA, revenue, and margin.
  • Review data across various touch points including Amazon sales to ensure you are targeting the most influential shopper touchpoints for each campaign
  • Collaborate with the Brand Team, to hit brand goals whilst also driving a significant uplift for the DTC business.
  • Working closely with the eCommerce team to drive projects that improve efficiencies, increase conversion rate and deliver better digital experiences for customers. 
  • Work alongside the retail team to understand how revenues can be maximised across DTC and retail, analysing how customers shop across the various platforms

 

We Are Looking For:

  • 7+ years’ experience in eCommerce with demonstrated success scaling DTC brands
  • Strong track record of leading and coaching teams, comfortable being hands on the platforms whenever needed, setting clear and motivating goals.  
  • Knowledge of how grow teams in digital brands across marketing channels including Performance Marketing, CRM and Influencers. Always looking to stay ahead of new channel developments and getting ahead of the curve to test their effectiveness.  
  • Proven ability setting long-term strategy, developing a clear and motivating vision for teams, incorporating both cross-functional and company-level goals.
  • Can lead complex, cross-functional projects and ensure teams are accountable to deadlines and deliverables.
  • Creative thinker that can drive forward new ideas, and instils this value within their team, inspiring them to take bold and exciting risks.
  • Holds the customer at the core of everything they do with the ability to interpret insights into new ideas which will drive the business forward.

 

Timeframes: Pivotal will be assessing and screening applications week commencing 22nd February.
