Pivotal is proud to be partnering with Mojo to find their Head of Growth as they accelerate the business expansion. After raising one of the largest seed-stage investments for a sextech firm in Europe, soon to be announced, this role is tasked with both online and offline acquisition, retention, and brand marketing.


The Opportunity:

  • The company’s mission is to is redefine masculinity and empower men to have thriving sex lives and relationships

  • Mojo’s offering allows individuals to connect with world-class psychosexual therapists, relationship therapists, urologists, doctors, and nutritionists through video courses , whilst also having access to a rapidly growing community of 20,000 individuals experiencing similar challenges to be able to discuss and share experiences in a safe and confidential environment

  • Family, Founder led organisation, with a passion for the company’s purpose of changing the perception of men’s health and the taboo subject of sexual performance

  • Experiencing accelerated growth in both the UK and U.S Regions

  • The business is at an exciting juncture, growing 15 – 20% a week via performance marketing initiatives, and has a rapidly growing presence in the U.S with 50% of Mojo’s user base situated there


The Role:

  • Form part of the leadership team and report directly to the Founders

  • The role will see you shape the marketing strategy for all channel mixes – online and offline

  • To start out, you’ll be focusing on online marketing to set up the systems across search & social as they are the key channels. Beyond this, CRM is important to retain and grow the existing customer base, and further down the line there will be above the line pushes to build the brand

  • The vision is to run all online in-house and outsource other specialist marketing where needed. You again will be setting the strategy so open to suggestions when scaling the team

  • Be a Pivotal part of taking the company through to Series A to Series B funding and beyond




  • Hands-on knowledge of online paid acquisition channels such as Paid Search and Social

  • You’ll have likely come from a T-Shaped marketing background. (Experience in one channel then broaden out to wider marketing mixes)

  • Offline and ATL marketing knowledge will be a major benefit

  • Have likely worked in a start-up to scale-up environment and been instrumental in leading marketing strategies for the brand

  • Experienced leader and people manager

  • Experimental mindset and approach to your marketing plans
