Our client, an industry starter within the Healthcare space, is seeking a Head of Influencers and Marketing Partnerships to take the helm of their global affiliate influencer program and usher in an exciting new era. This leadership role is dedicated to expanding their influencer family from 1000 affiliates to 10,000+ in just 12 months while optimising the performance of paid influencers.

The Opportunity:

  • Spearhead the growth of the paid influencer program in the UK, US, and new markets, employing data-driven strategies.
  • Transform our affiliate influencer program, setting ambitious targets and crafting a comprehensive roadmap.
  • Continuously evaluate and select tools for efficient program management and scalability.
  • Drive creative experiments, rigorously analyze results, and document outcomes.
  • Adapt influencer strategies for maximum ROI and efficient CAC:LTV ratios.
  • Lead a team of influencer managers and executives, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and stakeholders to achieve program objectives.
  • Scale non-influencer affiliates through innovative strategies and aim for 20% of total revenue within a year.
  • Stay updated with industry insights and trends.


  • Demonstrated industry expertise and knowledge of the UK and US influencer markets.
  • Proven track record of building and leading performance-driven teams.
  • Proficiency in architecting and optimizing influencer strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to glean valuable insights from data.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HubSpot or other CRM tools.
  • Background and enthusiasm for skincare, healthcare, beauty, and wellness are advantageous.

This isn’t your normal Influencer role and may not be right for you if:

  • Brand Focused (This is a performance led role & sits within the growth team)
  • Not Data Driven (It is essential you measure success with LTV & not just CTRs)
  • Don’t thrive in a fast paced environment (With this being a start-up things are moving all the time)
