Are you looking for a challenge where you can take full ownership of all things Paid Social in an exciting healthy food e-commerce start-up?

 

Company

This rapidly expanding healthy food, e-commerce start-up, are growing at 30% month on month and have a run rate of circa £2m per annum, with a vision to grow to £10m over the next few years. They are looking for a Head of Paid Social who can bring Paid Social in house as well as work with the Senior Management Team to help with the Overall Performance Marketing Strategy.

 

Role

The Head of Paid Social will be both hands on as well as strategic.

This Paid Social Director will:

  • Bring all Paid Social activity in house

  • Create a strategy to drive traffic to the website, as well as most importantly drive acquisition and ROAS

  • Create, execute and optimise all Paid Social Campaigns

  • Utilise alternative Paid Social Channels, test different creatives and varying audience segments

  • Have a passion for data, make decisions based upon data and report using data

  • Full P+L accountability, focusing on both top and bottom-line growth

 

The future of this role

Not only will this position own all things Paid Social, with complete autonomy.

This role also has the prospect of:

  • Taking ownership of the optimisation of the website, experimenting with landing pages

  • Creating the strategy of the CRM and how the business interacts with current, lapsed and potential customers

 

They have agency partners who look after all their Amazon sales, which makes up 33% of their revenue and another partner who look after their Paid Search.

If the Head of Paid Social has experience in these areas, then there is the potential that they could own these channels in the future.

  • Is happy to be hands on with the campaigns, there is no support here, so the buck stops with you!

  • A passion for helping an exciting start-up grow

  • Is ambitious and wants to take on other aspects of Performance Marketing within the business

  • Has a great work ethic, start-ups require a lot of hard work and they want someone who will go the extra mile
