Role:

Paid Social is one of the company’s key drivers of growth and already successfully built a growth loop that has allowed the channel to scale across the US and UK. They are looking for an experienced technology-led performance marketing leader to continue to drive paid social strategy and implementation, working closely with the tech team and the creative team.

  • Develop and execute the strategy and tactics of the Paid Social channels
  • Work closely with the creative, brand and merchandising side of the organisation to implement the right creative processes
  • Work closely with the tech & product team to develop an ad tech roadmap
  • Set the overall quarterly and monthly goals for the paid social channels
  • Build the right reporting levels to drive companywide understanding of your channel.
  • Running a structured, documented process of channel optimisation and experimentation
  • Work with creative and influencer marketing teams providing them with insights on creative themes that drive performance.

 

Your Profile:

  • Deep understanding and experience of Paid Social Channels
  • Proven track record working in a rapidly growing Brand, Ecom or Mcom business or start-up
  • Demonstrated ability to scale Paid Social activity in line with company goals
  • Strong technical skills including SQL & Python
  • Understanding of attribution and have explored/experimented with things like server to server integrations
  • Hands data management skills such as pulling and modelling data from data warehouses
  • You have experience in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
  • Structured and methodological
  • Possess a ‘Growth Mindset’– test, learn & challenge the status quo
